Welcome to the Acupuncture Group of San Diego
Our practice focuses on the benefits of natural healing through Acupuncture treatment as both a preventative medicine and as a drug-free treatment for ailments and injuries. In particular, we specialize in the treatment of symptoms from Lyme Disease and Mold Poisoning. We also focus on helping those with complex chronic pain syndromes or those who suffer from addictions including withdrawl from prescription drugs.
What is Acupuncture?
Using natural laws and energetic principles rooted in Taoist traditions, acupuncture involves the placement of hair thin needles, energy stimulation and pressure to specific points on the body. Acupuncture works with the body by strengthening and balancing energy and improving circulation. Beside its effects on the immune system, studies indicate that acupuncture influences the central and peripheral nervous systems. Evidence shows that acupuncture releases endorphins, cortisol, and serotonin, making it particularly effective for pain control. It also affects sugar, cholesterol, triglyceride levels in the blood, the functioning of the gastrointestinal system and the activity of the endocrine system.
Lyme Disease Treatment
Homeopathy is a powerful, effective, natural treatment for Lyme Disease and Biotoxin Illness. After an initial appointment to determine any existing co-infections, a personalized plan is developed using a combination of Chinese herbs and homeopathic remedies. Depending on the length of the illness and number of co-infections, treatment generally takes 2-6 months.
Whether you’ve just been diagnosed — or have already “tried everything” — I urge you to experience the extraordinary healing power of Homeopathy and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
